My Journey in Midwifery
I studied BSc Nursing at WITS (University of the Witwatersrand), where my passion for women’s health truly came to life. Over those five intense and inspiring years, I knew in my heart that I wanted to become a Midwife—to serve women and families with compassion and care.
Through my studies and practical placements, I worked across Johannesburg’s government hospitals, clinics, and tertiary health facilities, Completing over 4000 hours of hands- on Nursing care & experience. It was here that I witnessed firsthand the immense need for informed, holistic support for women and new families across South Africa

My Calling : Movement & Midwifery
Today, I bring together two worlds- midwifery and yoga- as a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal yoga. For more than four years, I’ve been guiding women through the sacred stages of pregnancy and motherhood with informed, nurturing and focused movement practices.
I believe in empowering women with deep knowledge about their bodies—helping them reconnect with their innate wisdom and strength. Movement is not just exercise; it's a way of returning to yourself, of remembering that you are nature and birth is not separate from its intelligence.

My Philosophy
Pregnancy is one of the most transformative journeys a woman can experience. It impacts not only the body but the heart and mind. Through guided yoga and intentional movement, I support mothers in adapting to these changes, building resilience, and preparing for birth with strength and grace.
Together, we celebrate the incredible journey of creating life—holding space for both the challenges and the miracles that motherhood brings.
